Here's my booking process:
I. Choose your package & Inquire
Once you've chosen a package, click "Inquire" to get started. I'll be in touch within 1-3 business days. After confirming your details, I’ll send over a contract and booking form. A small retainer will be needed to secure your session date and time.
II. Your Session
On the day, we'll meet at the chosen location and start with some easy poses to help you feel comfortable. If you have ideas or see a spot you like, let me know! I want the session to reflect you, so if anything feels off or you have questions, don't hesitate to speak up.
III. Sneak peeks & Delivery
Before wrapping up, I’ll explain the image delivery process.
Here’s a quick rundown:
- You’ll receive sneak peeks within a week.
- If you've selected the proof gallery, you'll choose your favorites, and final images will be delivered within 4 weeks.
- Without the proof gallery, your final images will arrive about 4 weeks after the session.
- All images will be sent via an online gallery and Google Drive link for easy access and downloading.
- For weddings and large events, the specific timeline for image delivery will be outlined in the contract.

FAQ
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
If you need to reschedule due to personal reasons or weather, please let me know as soon as possible. For regular sessions, a 24-hour notice is required, unless it’s an emergency. If rescheduling occurs after this period, additional fees may apply, and studio fees will not be refunded if we cannot reschedule the studio or find a replacement. Your retainer fee will be transferred to your next session.
For cancellations, a 24-hour notice is also required. Your retainer will not be refunded, except in cases deemed appropriate.
What is a proof gallery?
A proofing gallery is available as an add-on for packages, giving you more control over the final images. Within a week of your session, you'll receive a gallery of unedited proofs to review and select your favorites. From there, editing begins on your chosen images. You can also leave notes for any specific edits or adjustments you'd like.
This add-on ensures you get the images you love, with the flexibility to personalize the final touches.
Do I have to agree to have my images posted on social media or your website?
These are your images, and it’s completely up to you if you’d like to keep them private. In the questionnaire and contract, you’ll have the option to let me know if you prefer your images to stay private or if I can share them on social media and my website. And if you ever change your mind, just send me a message!

What are your add ons?
Off-Site Studio Rental
Check out the pricing on the studio tab. Studio rentals are additional to your session fee (unless you've chosen the studio session) and vary by studio. Some studios require a minimum booking time; if you choose one of these, we’ll try to find another client to share the time and help reduce costs.
Proof Gallery - $30
Add the option to select your images to be edited through an unedited viewing gallery. This allows you to have control over your final images.
Advanced Skin Retouching - $50
For more detailed retouching, such as skin resurfacing, or additional edits, please add this option. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out! For complex requests with a large gallery, pricing may be adjusted.
Basic retouching includes: blemishes, minor bruises and cuts, and light flyaways.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I’m based close to downtown Victoria and can travel to any location, whether it's within the greater Victoria area or beyond. Just let me know where you’d like to go, and I’ll make it happen!

TRAVEL FEES
Travel fees may be added for services outside of Greater Victoria for smaller packages.
Travel fees will be discussed with you before finalizing and then added to your booking forms. If accommodations are required you will be notified and we will go over final costs to ensure it is within your budget.
Some exceptions may apply.
Can I bring someone with me?
You are welcome to bring someone for moral support and safety during your session. Please note, however, that they cannot not appear in the photos unless previously arranged. If you'd like them to be a part of the session you can upgrade your package!
I have an indoor location in mind is that ok?
Absolutely! If you prefer using your own indoor space instead of a studio, that's perfectly fine. Please send some photos of your space so I can assess the lighting conditions and be fully prepared.
What do you have for client wardrobe?
Most of my client wardrobe options are geared towards boudoir sessions, though I do have some flowy dresses available. If you have specific requests or need particular sizes, please let me know!
